Started my period on 10th jan and ovulated somewhere about 4-6th feb with progesterone of 30.8. Test after test has been negative and I resigned myself that we were out this month. My temp dropped this morning and I had a brown/pink blood and thought it was my period. It’s now come to nothing and I’m now confused. My gynaecologist said retest in few days. It’s an emotional rollercoaster and I wish I knew what was happening. I’ll enclose my temps in the comments
