Last appointment on Tuesday - should I get her a gift? Is that a thing or just send a thank you card and pic of baby after?

I left a box of chocolates on my labour ward and also gave my community midwife a small box and card herself as she had really helped me a lot throughout my pregnancy.

I left a box of biscuits at the surgery for my midwife after baby cake but I saw the same midwife throughout pregnancy and for three weeks after delivery until we were discharged
