I woke up last night with some stabbing pains along the right side of my belly. I changed positions and they left (thank god because they sucked). I know they weren’t kicks either because I’ve taught myself to sleep through them 😂 I’ve been experiencing some period like cramps all morning as well. No consistency to them or anything. No bleeding either.

Could this mean labor is coming? I don’t see my doctor until Thursday but I’ve never experienced the stabbing before during pregnancy and I’m super confused.
