Can I take it?

I have such bad SPD I’m in constant pain, if I’m sat down, led down,walking, standing still you name it I hurt! Fed up of being so uncomfortable haven’t been taking paracetamol as was trying to just deal with it, but pain has just gotten ridiculous now and I’m giving in. 35 weeks and need something to take the edge off so just wondering if it’s safe as google has mixed reviews
