Help a girl out

We've been tracking for a few months, I'm 12 Dpo and just noticed that there are white circles around my nipples. I mean the whole areola. My boobs have been abnormally sore as well. I've felt pretty bloated / hard stomach and any time I try to eat I feel like I'm going to barf.

I took a test yesterday and got a BFN.

Is all of this a good sign? Please help!
