So my stupid freaking brother in law just got engaged. Why is this annoying the absolute shit out of me?.....

Well for 1, he’s only been dating this girl like 7 months which wouldn’t even be that bad if he had not knocked her up ON PURPOSE a month into their relationship. We have been trying for over a year to get pregnant and had a miscarriage right before he decided to get her pregnant. I KNOW it was an “oh they just lost their baby so we can get pregnant now and have one before them!” Kind of thing. But what makes it so bad, a couple of weeks ago AT HER BABY SHOWER they fought the ENTIRE day, threatening to break up. He threatened to leave, she threatened to kick him out. The whole 9 yards. But now they are getting married and going to “spend the rest of their lives together”. Yeah, I’m sure that’ll happen. They have fought constantly the past 6 months of their 7 month relationship and you think things will magically get better once you get married? That just goes to show their absolutely stupid immaturity. And everyone around them is just egging it on. Like HELLO! A baby is no reason to marry someone that you can’t get along with. If you don’t have a stable relationship before having a baby, it’s only going to get worse after having a baby which hormones are crazy and everyone is sleep deprived. She has a kids with someone else and they fight all the time about their parenting views and it’s not even his kid. Can you imagine the fights that will happen when he wants to do something with HIS kid that she doesn’t agree with? UHHHH I’m just so annoyed and I can’t vent to my husband because he’s all “I’m proud of him for showing maturity and stepping up to the plate”. For real? You’re just as stupid as he is.
