So yesterday my boyfriend fingered me and everything was fine. But today I woke up and I feel so sick. I am cold, tired, and so achey. My back and shoulders and legs and arms and neck ache. I have a pounding headache and I’m freezing cold. Idk if this is all just coincidence and I’m getting sick with like the flu or if something is actually wrong. I made him wash his hand before he did anything just to make sure there weren’t any germs or precum on his hands.

Can anyone tell me what it might be?
