BMI Love

I’ve always been less than 100 lbs IDA than this past year I had gained up to 125-135 lbs. I work out atleast once or teice a week or month. Since eating right and taking flst tummy shakes I lost 5 lbs in a month or so so I’m currently at 132.5 lbs for the first time scared to go over weight and hoping to be healthy again I just want my stomach and waist back. I’m fit so it’s upsetting to not feel the whole package. Hopefully working out helps but I hate surgery so I wouldnmt go that direction I feel like a completely dofferent person. /: Not giving up though body posi to everyone going through healthy diets and supplement taking.
