Stress induced late period??

Hi all, my period is three days late but my test yesterday was negative. What a bummer. I’ve been spotting light pink and mostly brown the last couple of days but no period. I got bad news two weeks ago that my dog (my first baby!!) doesnt have much time left. Caring for a sick pet is overwhelming.

Its so tough not knowing if im pregnant or if the stress is causing a missed period. Id sure love some wine to manage the sadness about my pup. She greatly helped me through my mc in the fall and i dont know how ill ever be able to say bye to her.
