Hiya, Ladies! So recently (last November) i suffered my second misscariage AF didnt show up till about a month after, ever since then my periods have been super irregular. I didn't expiernce this the first time, but ever since i mc again they are always 4-5 days late. I was wondering if anyone has expiernced this? && how long it took for them to regulate again or what i can do for them to go back to normal! Any advcie would be greatly appreciated! TIA 💓😚
