Returning the dock a tot

I got one as a gift... but I also got another baby lounger and a bassinet. So I don’t see much of a point keeping the DOT as a lounger if I have another one, and I get nervous letting the baby sleep in it after reading all of the dangers of it - especially if it’s not necessary. Now I can use the $175 towards the car seat I need!

So anyways, I don’t have a gift receipt. But I do know the person bought it from target. Do you think target will give me in store credit for the DOT with no receipt?
