Could I be pregnant?! I have been feeling really tired, gassy and extremely hungry. I recently started taking levo thyroxine on January 22 for hashimotos not sure if the symptoms are related to the medication. I’m 11 days late !

Did you turn out to be pregnant? I started taking levo thyroxine mid January of this year. I’m pretty regular on my periods but did not got my period for February, i took a pregnancy test and came out negative. Me and my Partner have been baby dancing mostly every week and till this day have no gotten my period. I’ve been feeling gassy, bloated and spotted once that was very light pink blood. I have been getting headaches , and feeling very tired 😓 also I experienced a new symptom which is the need to throw up. I’m not sure if the medication is the reason for the way I feel or it could be symptoms of pregnancy. I have an appointment on March 23 and hopefully will fine out the reasons why I’m feeling this way
