My dog is about 90-100 pounds and she was extra hard to walk tonight because she really walked me. Well all was well and I got back inside and went pee, afterwards, I got EXTREME pressure down on my lower left abdomen and it hurts my hip to put any weight down on my left leg. It also feels like that part of me is going to burst. Should I be super concerned about this? Currently 15+1

I’m just not sure if it’s a case of bad round ligament pain or something else
