Anyone have a worse 2nd period after a miscarriage?

I lost my baby in November and had to have D&C November 15th 9 weeks later I got my first period, it started slow and wasn’t bad at all only had one day of slightly heavy bleeding.
Last night I woke up to excruciating pain and a hush of blood and have been bleeding very badly since , I’ve even had to take morphine for the pain I’m in 
Anyone else have this? I do have awful periods anyway but this is something else

I’ve only had 1 and it was super super light, I was a bit unsure whether I mark it as a period but I did! I’m waiting to ovulate now, praying my cycle foes back to the way it was prior to miscarriage 😊😊😊

After my bleeding stopped from my d&c after my mc in Sept that first period was horrible. I was gushing blood and like ever few mins changing large pads, huge clots comming out to. They gave me some meds to lighten the bleeding and they worked. Doc said people use them when they have heavy periods so mabye thats what you need
