Testing hcg with new pregnancy

For those that had miscarriages and then a successful pregnancy.. did you monitor your hcg once you got a positive test and if so how often?

I’ve had 2 MC and we just tried again with my last cycle. I’m gonna start testing this week and praying for a positive and sticky baby! If I get a positive though I’d like to monitor my hcg to ensure it’s rising correctly.

Did you get bloodwork weekly? More than once a week? And for how long into the pregnancy?

My first MC was a chemical at 5 weeks and my second was at almost 9 weeks, after seeing the heartbeat and everything so I’m very nervous that even if I get a positive I’ll lose the baby again.
