How many cycles using SMEM did it take for you to conceive?
This is my first try with SMEM, but my 9th cycle TTC. I'm using preseed, menstrual cups, progesterone cream, essential oils to stay calm and relaxed, bbt, opks to confirm ovulation. I'm giving it my all this month.
