Is anyone NOT planning to breast feed??

So I’ve been on the fence about breast feeding, although I know it’s better for the baby I’ve been looking into another alternative and everyone’s intitled to their reasons on why they may or may not.. but just wondering if your not breastfeeding what formula your deciding on feeding your baby?

And I don’t know if anyone has ever told you this but a fed baby is the best baby it doesn’t matter if it’s breastfeed or bottle I was told that with my oldest son and ever since then I haven’t felt guilty because I didn’t breastfeed

I breastfed my first 5 kids then I thought I was done and had a breast reduction surgery then 6 years later i got pregnant with my now 6 month old and hoped to breast feed but because of the surgery I couldn’t I guess to many milk ducts were cut and the milk wasn’t produced at all. So I will not be able to breast feed this baby either.
I can tell you in the beginning when getting the hang of it breastfeeding can be hard but in the long run it is soooo much easier than formula feeding and having to boil and prep bottles and pack diaper bags and all that. I hate formula feeding not because it is a hassle your breast milk is always there and ready no prep work needed.

I didn't breastfeed my first (2.5yrs now).  It just wasn't something I was comfortable with.  He had Enfamil Newborn and then Enfamil Infant.  He's completely healthy - since birth he's had only a couple colds and not a single ear infection.  Slept through the night early (though this could be unrelated🤷🏻‍♀️).
As of right now I'm planning on doing the same with baby #2, but am slightly more open to the idea of trying breastfeeding.  Personally, I don't eat super healthy so baby would probably get better nutrients from formula honestly.  
Some of the pros I experienced: you always know how much baby has eaten, partner can help with feedings (my husband did far more night feedings than I did), easy to prep if you use powder (couple pre-filled bottles of water and a travel formula cup with pre-measured amounts).
Cons: cost, bottle washing (although this is an issue if you BF and pump anyway), warming formula if baby won't tolerate room temp or cold.

I'm still very iffy. I would luve to breastfeed but I'm going back to school after the summer break. So, I figured it would he hard to pump while being a full time student. I will be using enfamil

My daughter had really bad acid reflux so we did Enfamil AR and then a drop of gripe water.

I was hoping to breastfeed, but unfortunately I am not able to due to a medication that I need to be on (during pregnancy and after). At first I was sad, but I realized my husband can now help with night feedings! Lol don’t let anyone mom shame you with that “breast is best” BS...you know what’s best?? A fed baby is best!! 
My brother and I were both adopted from different moms and neither of us were breastfed and we are perfectly fine!! Never had any major health issues.

At this moment in time, Im not planning on breastfeeding. I've been going on and off with it, because Im really uncomfortable with my chest area. I thought about pumping and feeding, but I don't want my whole day scheduled around pumping. If it's something I'm able to do when he's born and I find I'm okay and not uncomfortable, then I will. I got a free pump through my insurance and we have our preferred bottles bought. We also did our research on formulas. We will see what happens. 🤷

I did not breastfeed my first child, I did try! He had reflux so it took us a while to find a formula that he could keep down the best. He ended up taking the Target brand up&up gental formula. 
I am really nervous about trying to breastfeed this one but am thinking I will give it a try. When the time comes will see what I do. I might decide to not breastfeed which is an ok choice for mom!

I’m a little on the fence as well. My husband doesn’t really want me to because he wants to be just as involved in feedings during the day and at night as I am, so if anything I might pump. But honestly I wasn’t breastfed, my 4 siblings weren’t, and my nieces and nephews weren’t and we were all happy babies and are healthy children/adults. Also I have an anxiety disorder that I was being medicated for before I was pregnant and I’d really like to go back on the meds after the baby comes. A lot of the time my anxiety roots from having control over what I can and can’t eat and I feel like dealing with that while pregnant is hard enough, and I really just want my body back for my mind’s sake. My OB was really weird and hesitant when I told her I wasn’t planning to breast feed and now I’ve been stressing about it. 😰

I breastfed my son until I got pregnant with this little guy due in June. Was able to feed him until I was about 3 months pregnant before I produced NO more milk. It was completely heartbreaking and I had no idea beforehand that getting pregnant while breastfeeding could dry me up. We formula feed now and I absolutely hate it. So much more work especially in the night. I feel like he got totally gyped. He was not ready to stop and neither was I. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
