Hey does any suffer with separation anxiety?

I have it really bad with my son that is 4 months old I don’t want anyone to have him and when I do give him to his gran or papa I think horrible things will happen to him.

He is going for an over night stay at the end of March so I can go to my brothers engagement party and it is all I can think about what if he gets hurt by there dog what if he doesn’t settle with them.

I have always suffer with anxiety all my life but now my son has come along I feel it is getting worse.

Does anyone have any tips on how they manage the separation anxiety ?
