Morning Sickness / Nausea / Exhaustion 😩 help pls!


I’m only 6w+2 and I’m feeling rough. I never phone in sick to work and I had to today, I felt awful for letting my colleagues down. I’ve been feeling rough since week 4. Last week I had to nap for 20 mins in a friends car as I couldn’t keep my eyes open. I then come home and sleep for 8-14 hours every night and still wake up tired. I’ve been feeling sick but the vomiting finally kicked in today. I’m using Sea Bands which help, can anyone suggest anything to stop me feeling like a zombie please? 💕 Will be so grateful for any suggestions! Thank you 😊
