Body aches after birth?

Just curious. I gave birth naturally 6 days ago. Felt great the first couple days. Last 2 days I’ve been achy all over. Knees, lower back etc. I literally feel like I’ve been hit by a truck. Anyone else? 😫

Yup completely normal. It should go away in the next week or 2

I was exactly the same for at least a week 😩 x

Six days after my first birth I had to spend the whole day in bed, I was so exhausted. 
My theory is that the first few days you’re helped along by a load of hormones that make the ache less noticeable.
