Vitex help

Will vitex help with irregular periods and acne I used to be regular but since having my son almost 2 years ago its changed my cycles used to be like clockwork on time 28 days 5 day cycle now now it's out of wack and I'm getting worried I also have a lot of acne and heard it could clear it up I'm taking 1 a day

I'm also wondering if it helps with ovulation I'm ttc as well (not using it for that it's just an added bonus if it does 😋)
