6 weeks will b 7 on Thursday. Is this a bad sign?? Should I go too e.r??

You’ll have discharge all throughout pregnancy.  Unless you’re bleeding (like a period) with cramping, even some spotting during pregnancy can be normal.  Your doctor should have an after hours service to call you back if you’re super concerned and it won’t cost you the fees of the ER.

If you start to bleed like other than that it won't hurt to get seen. I started spotting brown 2 days before I started to bleed as if I started my period, and I was 8 weeks, went to the ER, ordered by my doctor, because I thought I was losing the baby but when they did an ultrasound the baby was fine with a good heartbeat but I had 2 hemorrhages (Subchronic Hematoma) in which I am 9 weeks now but I am being closely monitored with routine appointments to keep an eye on the hemorrhages to go away and monitor baby's heart rate. It a waiting game but more times than none they go away and all is fine. (From what I read up on) just makes miscarriage rate a bit higher...
I'm not saying this is your issue, as spotting can be normal, but of course not overlooked if it is concerning. If you are concerned contact your dr. 
And I also want to add that not all
Bleeding means a subchronic Hematoma, (obviously) it's just that in a lot of cases, bleeding during pregnancy can mean a Hematoma. 
Just advise from my end.
