Hi ladies! Been TTC for 3+ years now, my fertility specialist told me it wouldn’t be possible without <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a>. I spontaneously became pregnant with no help in January but it ended in a miscarriage likely due to low progesterone levels. Specialist had me start of vaginal progesterone supplements around 5 weeks but sadly it wasn’t enough.

I’ve been researching and have seen that progesterone cream might help with conceiving and helping the embryo implant and stick better. I’m wondering if anyone has had success with this and can give recommendations? What cream helped and how did you use it?
