TMI is this my mucus plug?

I am 36 weeks and 5 days Prego this evening after a bath I noticed this discharge, I think it's part of my plug...am I correct? If so how long after you lose all your plug does labor start?

It kinda looks like discharge to me I lost my mucus plug at 39 weeks but mine had some little blood with it. Then 3 hours later my water broke.

It might be part of it, it’s not a good indication of labour though. I lost a big chunk of it in my last pregnancy at 37 weeks and had to be induced at 42 weeks 😣 when I properly lost it in labour it was massive and had quite a bit of blood in it

It could be the start of it. I started getting this around the same time and then it got a lot more thicker as the days went on. It’ll start getting a little more pink with a little blood in it. BUT I didn’t go into labor literally until my due date.

Appears to be part of your plug. I started getting pieces like that around the same time in my pregnancy, and continue to now at 40 +2 weeks. As far as I’ve been told you can lose your mucus plug long before labour even starts.

I don’t think so, just regular mucus. Your plug will have blood and tissue in it.

Losing your plug doesn’t mean you’ll go into labor anytime soon. It grows back
