Bleeding😭

I went to go pee this morning and realized it started to hurt when I got done peeing and that my pee kinda started to smell like eggs. Which is weird cause I drink plenty of water. But then I went to go wipe and seen blood. 😭😭 the best way I can explain it is like when your period is ending and you have that confusion state of am I done or not. What do I do?
