Something is off. I just got out of a bad relationship with an ex. I joined multiple groups on Facebook for narcissistic abuse because my ex bf was a narcissist (serial cheater , selfish).

Anyways this dude who’s 41 years old and I have been messaging back and forth. I can relate to him because his ex wife cheated on him while he was on duty and she’s pregnant now. My ex bf got another woman pregnant.

So we started messaging and he’s done some pretty questionable things. First he always talks about himself doesn’t really ask me about myself, anymore. Second, he asked me to come visit him in California ??? And I said no I don’t think my mom would be very keen on that and he said “tell your mom you’re a grown ass woman! “ he tried to act all jovial because he said he’s throwing a party after his divorce ends.

Third he said he wants to talk on the phone because he’s more comfortable that way? And I said no I don’t usually do that unless it’s an emergency. And plus with an internet stranger it’s awkward as fuck?

He’s been quiet the last few days ever since I said I’m not into voice chat or voice calls. Whatever. I think I need to block this guy. I can’t trust anyone after my ex did what he did to me.
