Has anyone gotten pregnant on the IUD?

I’ve had mine for two years. It took away my periods. I’d spot for a day or two during my “period” and then that was that.

Then all of a sudden last September I had a normal period again. Normal flow for like 3-5 days...

And I had a period beginning of January spotting for like 3 days.

And I was supposed to have a period February 4th and haven’t yet.

No spotting.

But my boobs hurt. Severe cramping. Moody. I’m breaking out.

Should I be worried?
