My skin is so bad now??

Question

So I’m pregnant and prepregnancy this was my skin

And since being pregnant it’s 😬

It may not seem like a a lot but I’ve never had to deal with acne before. Is it most likely just a pregnancy thing and will go away after? Anything I can do to help with it? I have dry/combo skin

Sameeee lol my skin is horrible right now and i did all of this hard work in the past to get it clear 😞

It’s the hormone changes.  I typically have acne and my skin got amazing during pregnancy, then changed again at about 30 weeks when your hormones change again.  It’s all part of the journey!  Stay away from salicylic acid and retinols.  You’ll have to play with your skin care routine a bit to find a way to calm it down, or buy a blue light.  I have one and it’s amazing when my skin is breaking out.

I had great skin until pregnancy. My great skin I think was from being on birth control. I had my baby about 4.5 months ago. I started the mini pill maybe 5 weeks pp and still horrible skin. 
Went back to being on the nuva ring which is what I was on prepregnancy and my skin is already starting to look better after a week. 
There is hope :)
