Bfp signs?

I’m between 7/8dpo, and today I’ve been having sharp stabbing/ pulling pains in the right side of my uterus, my breast have very noticeable blue veins and I keep feeling dizzy/lightheaded? Anyone have these signs and end up being pregnant?

I had similar starting around 7 dpo with my first and now with my second. I also have back, hip and some leg pain. It’s going to be a long 9 months. 😉

I had such symptoms and ended up with AF. But many pregnancy and AF symptoms are very similar - even ones you may not have experienced before - thus, could be due to either - best to wait and test with FMU if AF is a no-show when you expect her. Sending you baby dust! 💜
