Ramen Noodle Soup Safe?

I know this is silly to ask but has any of you had a ramen noddle soup for lunch and all be ok with baby? I ask this because of all the bad things that people say about eating one and how it takes up to 2 weeks to be fully digested... 🥺🥺

I had the same exact question for my doctor, she told me that it’s completely safe to eat them but that because of the sodium i’d blow up🤷🏽‍♀️ soo you may be a little swollen or what not but you and your baby will be fine

Theres TBHQ in it which I've made the decision to not eat while pregnant. If you're not concerned about that though, it's fine once in a while it just doesn't have any nutritional value and is really high in sodium.

Honestly, I would stay away from these because they are bad for you when you aren’t pregnant. However, as with anything in pregnancy, as long as it is done in moderation, baby should be fine.

I eat them for lunch when i'm rushed to get out the door in the morning, getting all the kids ready for school, getting my 3 year old to daycare and getting myself to work on time. Just don't eat it all the time. I usually drink the broth when I'm sick and cant keep much down. Just try not to make it a habit.

I craved ramen noodles and hot sauce my last pregnancy. Ate it everyday. The only side effect I had was heartburn lol

I don’t know about the 2 weeks part, but I’d stay far away from ramen noodles. I guess 1 won’t kill ya, but I’d still stay away. Ramen noodles (cup of noodles) aren’t real food. It’s so processed. Now ramen at a restaurant is completely different. That’s perfectly fine to eat.

It’s not going to hurt you or baby to eat them once. They are definitely not healthy in any way, though. However, my body completely rejects them during pregnancy. With both of my pregnancies, they have come directly back up after eating, so I just don’t.

I would say yes just don't eat a lot of them.
