Nipple sensitivity at 8dpo

I’m really trying not to symptom spot but has anyone had nipple sensitivity at 8dpo and ended up with a BFP? I’ve noticed it since yesterday and they’re super sensitive, I don’t wanna test until close to my expected period, but has anyone gone through this?
