Not ovulating

Has anyone who has been told they don’t ovulate on their own conceived naturally? If so, what did you do different? I got a positive opk(i think it’s positive)yesterday and some clear slippery cm. (Or I’m not sure if it’s aftermaths of sex from the night prior). But i usually don’t ovulate on my own and i forgot to take my temp this month.
