Baby gift registry for my newborn

So originally I was due February 28, but ended up being induced nearly 6 weeks early. I was really looking forward to my baby shower but I wasn’t able to have one and ended up buying a lot of the basics myself. My friends and family still want to throw me a shower, which is super sweet, but I’m not really sure what to put on the registry. I’m a FTM so I’m sure there are things I will need further down the road and I’m just took exhausted right now to think clearly. I would love some recommendations from other moms because I’m out of ideas and I would like to add useful items to the list.
