I cant get pregnant!! Please help

I'm 19 years old, me and my fiance have been trying for over a year to get pregnant ...the thing is I have PCOS & possibly endometriosis...what can I do...I'm lost...mommies who had/are having trouble getting pregnant please inform me on how to get pregnant, we really want a baby, my family is pressing me to get pregnant ..please help🤦🏽‍♀️
