Exercise and Abs
Hi all. I’ve been super active my whole life. Played sports growing up and all thru college. Then competed in CrossFit for 5 years, then finally retired and for the past 2 years been an avid run/rower and light weight lifter. I wanted to see people thoughts on doing abs when you find out your pregnant. Most articles i read say to stop when you start to show or by second trimester, but curious to hear other thoughts and if anyone quits right away.
