So I’m Confused

So for starters, this shake is my first on Femera. My period was 1st-4th of February. I took my Femera 3rd-7th of Feb. I was supposed to start opk testing on the 10th. So I was still up early morning of the 10th so I took an opk before I headed to bed and it was blazing positive. Which my OB has told me to stop testing after my first positive. So I’m assuming I O’d sometime between 1:30pm on the 10th and 1:30pm on the 11th based on temps and my test. I’ve been gettin occasional symptoms (cramping, bloating, and some light nausea). But my big things are on the 13th and 14th I had some barely there pink spotting. And some ewcm on the 16th negative opk (tested just because of the ewcm). And today (19th) I got out of the shower and felt like I had an egg cracked between my legs I had so much ewcm and I had two positive OPKs (I tested just because of the ewcm). So in other words I’m pretty confused. And I’m wondering what the heck could be going on. Took a hpt but I’m pretty sure it’s negative
