Ok, so after reading up on the diva cup a bit I decided to go ahead and get one. It sounds great but I'm not sure what to expect with the first use. I have a pretty have flow (changing super plus tampons every 2 hours on day 2 and 3). Should I carry a back up tampon with me just in case this doesn't work out? Will it support my heavy flow? I got that size 2 because I'm turning 30 in a few days...no kids. Someone just talk me through the first use, I would really like this to work out since I haaaaate always having to buy tampons and pads. 🙏
