Tell me your diet plan
So hey girls My life is basically eating lots of junk food and sometimes idk how to start eating healthy so I wake up at 2:50am to go to work so I usually wake up late and don’t eat breakfast at home and the problem is that I work at Walmart and there are lots of goodies like donuts chocolates coffee and sweet stuff so I end up being junk food but I don’t wanna that no more cause I’ve been noticing that I’m gaining lots of weight so how can I prepare a good breakfast quick and easy and healthy also for lunch and dinner and what kind of snacks would be good any ideas help thanks
