Okay so I’m pregnant with my rainbow baby!! I didn’t get to have any ultrasounds the first time around other then after we already knew it wasn’t going to survive. My doctor ordered an ultrasound and I go Friday!!! I’ll be 6 weeks and 6 days...will I be able to see it? Will it have a heart beat? I’m so anxious.

You should at least be able to see the amniotic sac and the yolk sac. Depending on how good of a machine your OB has, you might be able to see a heartbeat and a little fetal pole. If they dont have a good machine, you wont be able to see those though, so please don't panic if you dont see them at this appointment!

At my first ultrasound I was 6 weeks exactly and we could see the yolk sac, baby and baby's heartbeat.

My first ultrasound with my first baby was 6w5d and you could see the baby although it wasn’t very defined yet!
