HELP!!! Lose 10 lbs. by June Wedding
Hi y’all! I’m in a bit of a predicament. Getting married June 8 and, while I’m overall happy with the way I look, I still want to lose 10 pounds before I’ll feel my absolute best. I’m 145ish now and my goal weight (after 3 years of yo-yoing) is 135.
I’m planning on giving up bread/other carbs for Lent and possibly the duration of my engagement. I’m also planning on getting back into my 3x/week hot yoga routine. If anyone has some tips for how to lose the weight in a healthy/relatively quick manner, I would appreciate it!! I’m open to most diet/fitness routines, no time to be picky! Thank you!!
