Toddler with Headaches

So I have a 3 yr old and she has been complaining constantly of headaches these past two days the headaches are so bad she cries and holds her head from the pain. Last night when I brought her inside the house from being in her car seat she claimed she couldn’t see. She also has stomach aches that accompany her headaches. I’m really worried scared is this common?
