How is this possible?! Sciatic nerve pain 😒

I dont even know of it is actually possible but this is baby #3 for me, I'm not even 5 weeks yet and already having issues with my sciatic nerve. I had it really bad with my youngest but not until late second trimester! Anyone else have this already? I cant believe it. I know it's my sciatic bc I have felt this before and the pain goes right down the sciatic nerve path starting in the middle/top of my butt cheek!! And radiates down through my calf, thigh, and foot. No way I can make it through 9 months of this!!!!
