Midwife called me down

I saw my midwife today at 31w3d. She said I’ve gained 31lbs and it is her recommendation that I be sure to exercise 30m per day and she made diet recommendations. So I went home and had a sensible dinner and went to the gym. I did the elliptical for 20m and walked on the treadmill for 10m. I did some light arm exercises and stretched.

Now I’m home and my hips and ligaments feel very sore and like I overdid it. My butt hole kinda feels crampy too. Lol

Anyone else feel worse after working out?
