Did anyone have no symptoms but missed period

Question

I’m a little over 5 weeks and feel completely normal minus some dizzy spells here and there. I’ve had a few miscarriages so i am paranoid and negative Nancy like this isn’t gonna work out again since I feel pretty normal.

With my oldest I had no symptoms.. I was 12 weeks before I even found out I was pregnant!!
With my second I found out at 4 weeks. Ended in a miscarriage at 6 weeks. I knew I was pregnant from conception, don’t ask me how.. I just felt it. But no actual symptoms.
With my third I found out at 4 weeks and I was extremely tired and I had nausea but never had actual morning sickness.. my nausea didn’t start until 6/7 weeks.
Now with this baby, I’m 4 weeks 2 days and I’m just tired. Randomly, I get hot flashes and some nausea but nothing serious.
