mucas plug? TMI PIC

could this be my plug? i wiped and there was a larger amount and i didn’t even think about it and folded the tp, but when i realized what it could’ve possibly been, it was too late and was absorbed, so i wiped again and got little remnants of what was left. that’s what’s circled, also, why is the tp that color? my pee is clear.
