Accidently took laxative.

I was told dulcolax was okay to take while pregnant

I didn't realize there are different types of ducolax one being stool softener and one being a stimulant laxative.

I only took 1 when the amount you can take is 1-3 a day.

I am on the toilet with diarrhea and its causing uterine contractions.

I am worried this will cause my baby to poop while in utero like the effects of castor oil, since it falls in the same category. (Stimulant laxative )

I feel so dumb. Any suggestions?
