Weird sounds 25 weeks

Hi, I never experienced this before. I got this loud noise of gas passing my left stomach but I am not hungry or feel any urge to pass gas or going to the bathroom! It feels so weird and quite embarrassing cause it's loud and if someone is near me, she would thoughts I am too hungry or having diarrhea lol. Help me!! Is this normal?
