I had sex with my guy on Jan. 2 and he came inside me. I am on Nexplanon so I wasn’t too worried about it.

On Feb. 2 exactly one month afterward, I started cramping awful bad and got some weird brownish red discharge. I thought that maybe I was just starting my period (ever since I got on Nexplanon my periods have been totally random).

But then I started getting huge blood clots and things that are NOT normal for me Nexplanon or not.

I wish I had pictures of what came out, but I was so freaked at the time that I didn’t even think about it. But some of what came out that I got a really good look at was real fleshy and not really blood, more of lumps of tissue. There was a lot more but I didn’t get to see it very well.

A day or two after I passed those large lumps the cramping began to stop and I still was spotting some but I didn’t have anymore tissue or blood clots.

Does this sound like a miscarriage? I didn’t even know I was pregnant if so. I’ve been doin h a lot of research in the past few days and the more info I gather the more I’m sure I was pregnant and lost it.

I apologize if this brings up any painful memories for anyone but I really do need some advice.
