bleeding and tissue?

i just finished my period two days ago but today i felt kind of itchy and went to check if anything was off down there and found a bunch of skin like tissue and bright red blood, almost as if i had a cut down there, but there’s no pain. i haven’t had sex in about five days either so what could this possibly be?
