Please help

Ok I have been trying to keep track of my cervix I'm like 13days late but my period has been irregular so one month my period was 5 day next was 5 days next was 6 than it skipped an month an the next was 7 days now I did a test like two weeks ago looked like a very faint positive but i blew it off because when i get a faint line im either pregnant n miscarry or it's stress an now I can't feel my cervix because it's to high up please don't judge me on this I just need help I moved to a new area an don't have a doctor or ob yet
